Well, besides for the basic qualifications of at least a bachelor’s degree and possibly an TESL/TESL certificate, our teachers have a great deal more experience than the average ESL instructor. Most of, if not all of our teachers have taught abroad in other countries including Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Argentina, Turkey, Japan, Korea and Uruguay.

Our teachers undergo multiple and grammar tests and teaching demonstrations before they are brought onto the Connect team. Once aboard, every teacher is put through a rigorous training process where he or she observes classes and presents sample lessons to make sure they know and meet the standards of excellence Connect has come to expect from its instructors.
