Later this week, San Diego is hosting San Diego Comic-Con,the world’s most celebrated and iconic event in the realm of comics, movies, and TV shows.With its humble origins and remarkable growth over the years, Comic-Con has become a mecca for enthusiasts from around the globe.
While the San Diego Convention Center remains the heart of Comic-Con, the event has grown to encompass the entire city. Surrounding venues host off-site events, including movie screenings, interactive exhibits, themed parties, and immersive experiences.
Due to Comic-Con’s popularity, the tickets for the event often sell out almost immediately but I have linked the calendar to all of the off-site events so you can see what all there is to offer. My personal favorites are the cat-cafe or the Barbie dress up event.
