Activities and Student Community

Other than great classes and helpful services, Connect English students have so many opportunities to participate in American culture through activities and events. Students at Connect English grow even stronger by challenging themselves to hike to the top of Cowles Mountain, or to kayak on Mission Bay, or to try interesting new foods at San Diego restaurants.These experiences push students to make new friends and talk in English about fun and interesting topics.

Students can find information about Connect English activities on the school Facebook page, or by talking with Connect English staff. There are multiple opportunities to join fun activities and events every month, so be sure to get involved with the school community. You will be happy that you did! In addition to activities offered directly through Connect English, students are also encouraged to join events, parties, and trips furnished by San Diego Experiences. Further information about these activities is regularly posted through Connect English and is also centralized at the front desk for students to read.
